Femetech was born from the personal journey of its founder, Angelica Romero. As a survivor of domestic violence, Angelica understands firsthand the challenges women and minorities face. Leveraging her experience in marketing and tech across entrepreneurship, startups, fintech, and performance marketing, she’s committed to empowering women through in-demand tech and marketing skills and holistic support.
Her mission is to help women break free from their circumstances, become their best selves, and achieve lasting independence. Femetech provides these in-demand skills, recognizing that true transformation goes beyond training: it requires a new mindset and a lifestyle change. It’s about building genuine, from-the-inside-out confidence, that “I got this” feeling—that comes from knowing you’re capable, strong, and in control of your destiny. No matter your starting point, past hurts, or trauma, Femetech is here to empower you and help you unlock your most authentic self.
